Does anyone use a national email firm to reach buyers and sellers directly? If so, who do you recommend? Thanks, and hope everyone is doing well. The Naples luxury real estate market has been solid if not excellent so far this year.  Brad

All - Has anyone had success employing QR codes into their marketing mix - between real estate signs, advertisements, etc? We are beginning to explore this tool and were curious if anyone could provide some testimonials? We are in a luxury vacation market in Naples with a largely older population, so we are uncertain of the awareness of this technology. 

I cant speak for anyone else, but here in Naples we have seen open house and walk-in traffic pick up significantly, sales rising, and an overall increase in market activity with the luxury market. It would be interesting to hear from agents in other markets. Hopefully the next few months are really busy as potential buyers see the bottom in sight? We will see.
